How do I register on the app?

To register:

  • Open the app – you'll be redirected to the registration screen.
  • Enter your name, mobile number, area, and full address.
  • Tap Submit to complete your registration.

How do I log in?

You can log in using your registered mobile number:

  • Enter your mobile number on the login screen.
  • You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
  • Enter the OTP to access your account.

I didn't receive the OTP. What should I do?

  • Ensure your mobile number is correct.
  • Check your network connection.
  • Tap Resend OTP to try again.
  • If you still don't receive the OTP, please contact our support team.

How do I place an order?

Once logged in:

  • Browse through the available products.
  • Add items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and confirm your order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to selected areas. You can choose your delivery area during registration. If your area is not listed, we may not currently support deliveries there.

What payment methods are available?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery or pick up. Digital payment options will be available soon.

How do I delete or deactivate my account?

To delete or deactivate your account, please contact our support hotline +94 76 588 6580. Our team will assist you in securely removing your account from the app. If needed, we can also provide a backup of your existing data before the account is deleted.
